On 19 and 20 June 2017, BIOrescue project partners will meet at Monaghan Mushroom’s premises, in Ireland, to discuss latest progress on the development of the novel biorefinery concept for the transformation of mushroom compost into valuable bioproducts.

At this occasion, project partners will have the opportunity to visit the mushroom farm and compost yard where the concept should be tested after the project and to learn more about the mushroom production process. This will enable BIOrescue experts to better understand how the concept to be developed within BIOrescue could help integrating sustainable biorefineries in traditional mushroom farms.
