Partners from the BIOrescue project have released a promotional video to present the novel biorefinery concept developed within the project. The video was filmed at Monaghan Mushrooms’ farm in Ireland and  CENER’s Second Generation Biofuel Centre in Spain, where the concept is currently being tested. The video provides detailed explanations about the new biorefinery process and presents partners’ objectives to achieve a more circular economy in the mushroom industry.
